任职要求：1、锂电池Pack设计工程师；2、大专以上学历，模具设计、机械设计及自动化、电子工程专业优先选择；3、2年以上锂电池Pack开发经验；4、熟悉电子产品五金件和塑料件的材料/结构特性、成形工艺及一些表面处理方法；5、熟悉结构件、钣金件和塑胶件的设计及其加工工艺，熟悉塑胶及五金模具；6、精通PROE塑胶3D建模或钣金设计、精通各锂电池电芯特性、熟悉BMS系统、熟悉锂电池Pack结构开发；7、良好的理解、分析能力，沟通能力和团队合作能力；
